How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are handmade and prepared with care. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping or pickup.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Laval, Quebec. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Do you ship?
Yes! Shipping options and rates are available at checkout.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Each OOAK by Sarah item is designed and/or customized in my home studio in Quebec. Because items are handmade, slight variations may occur.

How should I care for my drinkware?
Hand wash only with a soft sponge. Do not soak. Avoid the dishwasher and microwave to preserve the design.

Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely ♡ Custom orders are available for select products. Contact me through Instagram or the website to discuss your idea.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes! Bulk and wholesale orders are available for select products. Contact us for pricing and availability.
