Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 weeks depending on the size of the order & if customization is required.
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Canada & the U.S.

Shipping Carrier: We use Purolator for deliveries. Estimated shipping times:
- Canada: 2-5 business days
- U.S.: 4-6 business days
- Currency: All prices are listed in CAD.
Return Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Defective or Broken Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days with a picture so we can file a claim. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund based on availability.
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the postal service to file a claim. We are happy to assist in guiding you through the process.
